Your stay in the station will be very nice, either in winter or in summer. Indeed many activities are offered to holidaymakers and the summer pass also allows the access at a lower cost to all sports facilities or entertainment of the locality, without forgetting of course the pleasant walks in the mountains under the Sun.
Morzine also has a beautiful gastronomic reputation. Indeed you can taste regional dishes at base of cheeses in the many restaurants that offer the station. A raclette in a typical restaurant with a warm atmosphere.
How not to fall in love with Morzine? It is a savoyard village, that has over time maintained its relaxed lifestyle at the corner of a fire, in the shelter of the snowflakes, which gives a majestic look to the trees. The soul of this village is present through its welcoming cottages converted for the pleasure of the holidaymakers, where everyone can find his summer or winter rental.
Morzine has developed many activities, which are practised throughout the year. It is also one of the most beautiful French ski resorts, which enjoys a privileged position in the heart of the largest international ski area: the Portes du Soleil. This area brings together both Swiss and French stations with its 650 km of slopes and its 228 lifts.
In the evening after a sport day or cultural discovery, guests can relax in the station, doing shopping, taking a good mulled wine or hot chocolate at the terrace of the pubs or enjoying the local gastronomy and cheese dishes, such as a fondue or a raclette.
